Lifestyle Nutrition Program.  The mission of  Eat Well Cooking club is promoting and educating on health, nutrition, and disease prevention programs.  We are a faith-based organization that advocates for the whole body wellness, healthy lifestyle strategies and teach healthy cooking classes in comunites across Chicago.  Our goal is to empower and educate individuals, familes and communites on the food connection on health and chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome the list can go on with diet related diseases.  There are so many health benefits when you embrace a plant-based whole food diet.  Eating a healthy diet full of vegetables, fruits and whole grains along with beans, legumes, seeds and nuts is the best eating plan you can do for yourself and to invest in your future health.  Join us on the journey of embracing plant-based nutrition.  For more information call 773.627.0703.
