What Our Participants Are Saying

My husband is sick, and he is in the hospital due to unmanaged diabetes, later diagnosed with kidney disease and now a heart attack.  Reflecting back, I wish that I had insisted and was more persisting about learning more how to prepare a variety of healthier meals for my family and especially for my husband.  I am thinking more about my current health and children.  The foods I eat do have an impact on my health and I get choice.  Join the community.
